The Department of Law and Contemporary Society emphasizes problem-solving. Students tackle a variety of issues of contemporary society, such as management and social security, head-on, observe them from unbiased legal perspectives, consider how to deal with them legally, and deepen understanding of legal expertise and theoretical systems. This enables them to cultivate the ability to smoothly resolve problems faced in daily life.

The department offers nine course packages, each linked to a different career path. By having the fields of interest of students become their subjects of study, they also work enthusiastically to resolve issues.
We also produce national government employees! Substantial support for the civil service exam

Lectures are held for students to acquire the knowledge and legal judgement skills needed for the exam. We have resident full-time civil service advisors who carefully support students, from exam prep to mental care.

The curriculum is based on the approach of learning about law from issues. We carve right into the issues of contemporary society and consider solutions from the perspective of the law. Nine course packages, each linked to a different career path, serve as the roadmap for learning. Students cultivate problem-finding and problem-solving skills they can utilize in the real world and deepen their knowledge and understanding of the law. It is also possible to select subjects outside your course package.
