Daily life actually involves danger and trouble. Studying law, the foundation of society, is helpful, even for such emergencies. In this department, students experientially acquire a legal mind (legal thinking skills) that leads to fair conclusions from the perspectives of opposing opinions. Analyze world events and social issues and deepen understanding by exchanging opinions with peers.

We provide opportunities for students to actively learn by experiencing the law in the field off-campus. Students can acquire the legal mind needed to face social issues in a practical manner. -

We offer External Collaboration Lectures from local government officials, the three elements of the judicial community, tax accountants, and other professionals. Since they enable you to learn about legal system, tax, and other issues through actual examples, they will serve as a reference for your career path.
Three courses to study law systematically and connect it to the real world
Students select the course of study that corresponds to their desired future career path from among three courses of study, Comprehensive Law, Public Law, and Business Law, and study the legal theme that interests them. The courses are based on proactive learning in which students explore of their own initiative. In the field off-campus, we provide opportunities for students to actually experience the law, including attending court, visiting law firms, and visiting juvenile training schools. This boosts the motivation for learning.
