Oral Communication
授業の概要
This course will help students begin to feel comfortable using English to express themselves in front of others. Students will be able to organize, write and present effective public speeches. Topics for individual speeches will be drawn from current local, national and international issues as well as students' interests and experiences.

Attitude and participation25%Students will be evaluated on the level of enthusiasm they exhibit in paired, group and full-class discussions.
Completion of weekly homework assignments25%Students will be evaluated on the number and quality of completed homework assignments.
Short Presentations25%Students will be evaluated on the quality of short presentations they give throughout the semester.
Final Presentation25%Students will be evaluated on the quality of a final presentation given at the end of the semester.
