Students will improve their listening, comprehension, speaking and presentation skills, discuss these topics in small groups and give short presentations. 授業の到達 目標 Students will acquire a higher level of confidence and fluency in their English reading, comprehension, listening, speaking and presentation skills 課題 （定期試験 ・レポート試験 ・授業内試験など）の フィードバック方法 Students will be given weekly feedback on their presentations and advice on how to improve future English study feedback will be given after the semester testing period. 使用言語 English, but important explanation for exams, presentations, etc. will be followed in Japanese 実務経験をいかした教育内容 授業計画 回数 授業スケジュール 授業時間外学習・時間(分) 1 Class explanation, introductions, ice breaker activities Begin reading & writing exercises for unit 1, plan presentation topic. (60 min.). 2 Begin unit 1, "How was your vacation?" (talking about vacations, etc. agreeing, disagreeing, reading, etc.). Select presentation order. Review everything covered, continue reading & writing exercises, practice presentation. (60 min.). 3 Continue & finish unit 1 textbook, begin workbook (WB) copies for the same unit. Begin presentations (single or pair/week depending on number of students). Do WB copies, do exercises in next unit & from teacher, practice presentation. (60 min.). 4 Finish unit 1 WB copies, begin unit 2 textbook "I think it's exciting" (giving opinions, review a survey about movies & music, etc.). Continue presentations Review everything, do reading & writing exercises from text, practice presentation. (60 min.). 5 Continue & finish unit 2 textbook, begin WB copies for the same unit, continue presentations. Do WB copies, do exercises in next unit & from teacher, practice presentation.
