授業の概要
As in the spring English Ⅰc class, the focus will be on writing short texts, but also with practice in vocabulary use, sentence building, and paragraph planning, and plenty of practical listening and speaking The text types we encounter will become more complex in this autumn class, involving comparisons, reasons and causes, problems and solutions, opposed opinions, etc.

目標
As in the spring class, this course should help you to grow more confident in building different kinds of texts (in this case, especially comparisons, reasoning chains, arguments, etc.) and in making the right sentence and word choices to go with them. You should also be developing a stronger feeling that you are using English to interact with your reader.

Short Tests と Text Outlines でとる点は成績の60%を占めますから、怠らないでください。全6回分の平均点でなく、ベスト4で計算します。小テストの週を休んだときは仕方がないですが、Hand-in の週を休んでも同じようにに作って提出することを歓迎します。
