授業の概要
To improve and demonstrate competence in reading (online research) and writing (word processing) skills for academic purposes (including correct spelling, grammar and bibliographic referencing), and to critically reflect on and analyse topical issues. 
授業の到達
目標
A process-oriented approach to research writing, to produce short essays on topical issues (such as education, the economy, politics and climate change). Skills practiced include online research, referencing using different styles, grammar, academic vocabulary activation, essay planning - drafting - peer-reviewing - redrafting, language error recognition & self-correction.
