| 科目のねらい | | | English Communications is a one semester 4 skills course for students in the Department of Law. The goal of the course is to develop English communicative skills for practical fluency in speaking and listening in a variety of situations and applications. |

| 到達目標 | | | The weekly class activities and assignments focus on building speaking competency with an emphasis on pronunciation and expression. Strategies for listening are also practiced for the topic of each textbook unit. Classwork activities include pair work, group discussion, role play, and class presentation. The listening activities involve learners in task based activities from CD or DVD. Students explore how to use vocabulary and expression in this class. Students will present a self introduction to the class later in the semester which serves as a public speaking skill activity as well as a speaking test. |
