サブタイトル | | Seminar in Cultural Studies |
科目のねらい | | As with the seminar of the previous year, this seminar will follow a cultural studies format. Although students will be continuing their research on particular topics related to material and visual culture, the focus in this seminar will be on the effective development and production of a final research project. This “Graduation Project” will be each student’s culminating statement of their academic life as an undergraduate. |
到達目標 | | Activities will address formatting and structuring issues related to the “Graduation Project,” as well as differing academic approaches to the analysis of cultural material. Also of concern will be methods to aid in the search, evaluation and incorporation of source material into the project. |
