James Charles Walsh

Recruited as an outfielder by Connie Mack. He played 6 years of professional baseball--128 games (1912-13) and a World Series with the Philadelphia Athletics; to the Yankees in 1914 for 43 games, then back to the Athletics for 68 games and the infamous 1914 World Series. He continued almost 2 more seasons (231 games) there until moving to Boston for 71 games (1916-17) and a 3rd World Series with the Red Sox.
