The program of the Graduate School of Management is divided into two phases: a two-year Master's Program and a three-year Doctoral Program.

The Graduate School of Management offers students wide variety of courses to study the latest management theories and their applications from a broad perspective, and to help students develop the entrepreneurial skills critical to today's business challenges. The current curriculum is designed to provide students with a personalized education that fits their background, experience and goals, and that challenges them to reach their fullest potential. Internship programs are also available for students to deepen their knowledge and experience in a specific area of their interest. In particular, the current curriculum offers several courses on the Toyota way. These courses help students understand the Toyota's managerial values and business methods as well as core principles of contributing to society through the practice of manufacturing high-quality products and services.

The Graduate School of Management has excellent faculty members both from the world of academia and the business community. Many of them have produced substantial volume of high quality research works, frequently expressed their own views on management, and played active roles in academic communities both at home and abroad.

The Graduate School of Management welcomes students from the business community who wish to develop their professional skills without jeopardizing their careers.
