The purpose of the Graduate School of Commerce is to foster business experts who have the analytical and problem-solving skills needed to deal with many issues that face the business world today. The Graduate School of Commerce is highly estimated as a leading commerce graduate school in the Nagoya area by the academic community and the business world.

The key words in the 21st century are globalization, risk and information technology. At the Graduate School of Commerce, we have an idea in advance of the times and provide graduate students with six business-related fields?E1)Distribution and Marketing, (2)International Business, (3)Accounting, (4)Tax Law, (5)Risk Management, and (6)Information Technology?E

We make much of a recurrent education for those working on the front line such as a manager, a businessman and a public servant, as well as an education for graduate students who aspire to be a scholar. Especially, those who aspire to be a licensed tax accountant can be exempted from some subjects of the qualification examination, if they take several courses in accounting or tax law and then receive their master’s degree in commerce.

In addition, we set up the Sakae Satellite Center that is favorably located in a business district. Here we offer a wide range of courses at night-time and on Saturdays, as a place to train a businessperson with high occupational knowledge. We also make use of the characteristic that is a place for intellectual exchange, and support the formation of a business network among businesspersons and graduate students.
